In late January 2020, I co-organized a large conference in Barcelona with about 700 attendees. It would be the last conference I would attend in person for a while.

After the conference, I went to Chile from February 21st to March 10th approximately. I left Chile a couple of days before they closed the airports due to COVID-19!

As everybody else in Barcelona, we had to live with the lockdown due to COVID-19. I believe it was easier for us than for most people, as we kept our jobs, lived in a nice flat, and had a couple of balconies.

I started cooking more and more, with moderate success, during the lockdown. I had to learn a lot from scratch.

I hosted some livestreaming DJ sessions from my living room during the lockdown.

I had to do all of my teaching remotely, and it went very well! I got a 10% higher grade in the student's evaluation compared to face-to-face teaching.

I started doing nail art (stamping and ombre) in 2020. I had never done it before, and I loved it.

Before and specially after the lockdown, we were able to do small trips around Catalonia to places like Cartoixa de Escaladei, Banyoles, Castellfollit de la Roca, Sant Pol de Mar, Salou, or Calella de Mar.

There were a few parties at the beginning and at the end of 2020.
